  Rory has spent over ten years in the Logistics and supply chain industry as a senior leader working with some of South Africa’s most successful companies. Rory is most known for his ability to build self-directed teams that cultivate the types of cultures that break down traditional barriers to engagement. Rory works with the employees to create environments and conditions that will allow individuals to align their strengths to the organisation’s vision so a more personalised, authentic and customised solutions approach to customer service is created.   In 2013, Rory joined RTT as General Manager, with the goal to foster an environment, conditions, and strategies to resolve issues through collaborative exchanges and deliver world class customer service to an industry riddled with mediocrity. Rory will develop client solutions which can help multiple stakeholders with different perspectives create a shared understanding and common language for navigating complex problems though “Intelligent Logistics” solutions from RTT.   Rory has been actively studying over the last 5 years and has a myriad of academic courses under his arm from GIBS Business school and is currently in his second year of his MBA degree through the University of Reading that will be complete in 2015.   So much technology and brain power has been applied to improve supply chains.
